Designed for mothers with children at school or at crèche,  “Especially for me” will give you the opportunity to chance to focus on key areas of personal development.  You can explore new ideas and opportunities to help you grow your personal skills and evolve into a new you.

Lots of fun and a great opportunity to meet other women and link in with SWAN’s other services.

We are also planning a similar group in Archbishop Mc Quaid School in Loughlinstown possibly starting autumn  2010!
